2. Description of Service

Defeyes provides real-time enriched DeFi transaction data, classification services, and wallet analytics ("The Service"). The service is provided "as is" and is subject to change or termination at our discretion.

3. License & Usage

• Free Tier: Granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial, and educational use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.
• Pro/Enterprise Tier: Granted commercial usage rights subject to active subscription and volume limits defined in the pricing plan.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or sub-license the raw data provided by the API without explicit written consent.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent API rate limits or security measures.
• Reverse engineer the classification logic or proprietary algorithms.
• Use the data for any illegal activities or market manipulation.
• Scrape the service in a way that significantly impacts performance for other users.

5. Limitation of Liability

Defeyes is a data provider. We do not provide financial advice. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred based on the data provided by our API. Blockchain data is inherently complex and while we aim for 96%+ accuracy, 100% accuracy is not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary classification logic, branding, and aggregated data structures remain the sole property of Defeyes.
